Processing Time All orders are printed on-demand and typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders may ship from multiple locations depending on the item and fulfillment provider.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@valamybliss.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order enters production.
